1. من نحن

يدير هذا الموقع مركز خبراء التعليم المستقبلي للتدريب واللغات (STEAM Village)، الممثل الرسمي لأولمبياد كوبرنيكوس في الأردن. للتواصل: A.bana0656@ces-jo.com أو واتساب 0790490940.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

  • بيانات التسجيل: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، المدرسة، الصف، العمر، مكان السكن، والرقم الوطني.
  • الرسائل التي ترسلها عبر نموذج «اتصل بنا» وطلبات الانضمام للفريق الأردني وطلبات الاختبارات.
  • بيانات إشعار الحوالة البنكية (اسم صاحب الحساب والرقم المرجعي) وحالة الدفع.
  • لا نحتفظ بكلمة مرورك (تُدار بشكل مشفّر لدى Firebase Authentication) ولا بيانات بطاقتك المصرفية (تُدخل مباشرة في صفحة HyperPay).

3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

لإدارة التسجيل في الأولمبياد، وإرسال مواعيد وروابط الاختبارات، وتأكيد الدفع، وتقديم الدعم، وتنسيق مشاركة الطلاب مع منظمة أولمبياد كوبرنيكوس الدولية.

4. الجهات التي تعالج البيانات

  • Google Firebase: المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والاستضافة.
  • Cloudflare: معالجة طلبات الدفع الإلكتروني.
  • HyperPay: بوابة الدفع بالبطاقة.
  • منظمة أولمبياد كوبرنيكوس الدولية: لإتمام مشاركة الطالب في الجولات.

5. من يطّلع على بياناتك

الطالب نفسه وإدارة الأولمبياد المخوّلة فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.

6. حقوقك

يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها من صفحة الملف الشخصي، ويمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالتواصل معنا.

7. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما كان الحساب فعالاً أو كان ذلك لازماً لإدارة الأولمبياد والالتزامات النظامية.

8. شروط الاستخدام

  • رسوم الاشتراك 25 ديناراً أردنياً وتُدفع عبر البطاقة أو كليك/التحويل البنكي، ويُفعَّل الحساب بعد تأكيد الدفع.
  • يلتزم المستخدم بإدخال معلومات صحيحة ومحدّثة، ولا يجوز التقديم لنفس الاختبار أو التخصص أكثر من مرة.
  • يُمنع الغش أو استخدام وسائط خارجية أثناء الاختبارات، وللإدارة حق إلغاء المشاركة عند المخالفة.
  • تُعالج طلبات استرداد الرسوم عبر التواصل مع الإدارة وفق سياسة الأولمبياد المعلنة.
  • قد نحدّث هذه الصفحة من وقت لآخر، ويُعدّ استمرار استخدامك للموقع موافقة على النسخة المحدّثة.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by the Future Education Experts Center for Training and Languages (STEAM Village), the official representative of the Copernicus Olympiad in Jordan. Contact: A.bana0656@ces-jo.com or WhatsApp 0790490940.

2. Data we collect

  • Registration details: name, email, phone number, school, grade, age, place of residence and national ID number.
  • Messages you send through the “Contact us” form, Jordanian team applications and test applications.
  • Bank transfer notice details (account holder name and reference number) and payment status.
  • We do not keep your password (it is managed in encrypted form by Firebase Authentication) or your card details (they are entered directly on the HyperPay page).

3. How we use your data

To manage olympiad registration, send test dates and links, confirm payments, provide support, and coordinate students' participation with the international Copernicus Olympiad organization.

4. Who processes the data

  • Google Firebase: authentication, database and hosting.
  • Cloudflare: processing of online payment requests.
  • HyperPay: card payment gateway.
  • The international Copernicus Olympiad organization: to complete the student's participation in the rounds.

5. Who can see your data

Only the student and the authorized olympiad administration. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your data from the Profile page, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by contacting us.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as the account is active or as needed to run the olympiad and meet legal obligations.

8. Terms of use

  • The subscription fee is 25 Jordanian Dinars, payable by card or by CliQ/bank transfer; the account is activated once payment is confirmed.
  • Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Applying for the same test or discipline more than once is not allowed.
  • Cheating or using external devices during tests is prohibited, and the administration may cancel participation in case of violation.
  • Fee refund requests are handled by contacting the administration, in line with the olympiad's published policy.
  • We may update this page from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
