مرحبًا بكم في موقع أولمبياد كوبرنيكوس الأردن. تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدام الموقع والتسجيل والمشاركة في المسابقات والأنشطة التي يعلن عنها المركز. باستخدام الموقع أو إتمام التسجيل، يوافق المستخدم على هذه الشروط. إذا كان المشارك دون 18 عامًا، فيجب أن يقرأ ولي أمره هذه الشروط ويوافق عليها نيابة عنه.
يتولى مركز خبراء التعليم المستقبلي للتدريب واللغات إدارة التسجيل والتواصل والتنظيم المحلي لأولمبياد كوبرنيكوس الأردن، وفق المعلومات والتعليمات المعلنة لكل مسابقة. وتخضع الجولات الدولية كذلك لشروط وتعليمات الجهة المنظمة للجولة الدولية، وقد تختلف متطلباتها ومواعيدها عن المسابقات المحلية.
تُبيّن سياسة الإلغاء أو استرداد الرسوم في إعلان المسابقة أو صفحة الدفع، وتُطبق السياسة المعلنة على التسجيل المعني. قبل الدفع، يرجى مراجعة الشروط الخاصة بالمسابقة. للاستفسار عن طلب إلغاء أو استرداد، تواصلوا مع المركز عبر بيانات الاتصال الواردة في نهاية هذه الصفحة.
يجب أن تكون إجابات المشارك وعمله من إنجازه، وأن يلتزم بقواعد المسابقة. يُمنع انتحال شخصية مشارك آخر، أو تلقي مساعدة غير مسموح بها، أو مشاركة الأسئلة أو الإجابات أو تصويرها أو نشرها خلافًا للتعليمات. ويجوز للجهة المنظمة مراجعة المخالفات واتخاذ إجراء مناسب وفق قواعد المسابقة، بما في ذلك إلغاء نتيجة أو مشاركة عند ثبوت المخالفة.
تُحدد النتائج وفق آلية التقييم والتعليمات المعلنة للمسابقة. ولا يضمن التسجيل الحصول على جائزة أو التأهل إلى جولة لاحقة. ويخضع التأهل والمشاركة في الجولات الدولية لمعايير الجهة المنظمة لتلك الجولات، بما فيها الأهلية والمقاعد المتاحة والمواعيد والرسوم الخاصة بها. تُعلن الجوائز أو المنح أو الخصومات وشروطها في إعلانها الرسمي، ولا تُعدّ جزءًا من التسجيل ما لم يُذكر ذلك صراحة.
يجمع الموقع البيانات التي يقدمها المستخدم لأغراض إنشاء التسجيل والتحقق منه وإدارة المسابقة والتواصل بشأنها وإتمام الدفع عند الحاجة. يلتزم المركز بالتعامل مع البيانات وفق القوانين المعمول بها في الأردن، ومنها قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 24 لسنة 2023، وبحسب سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على الموقع. وقد تُشارك البيانات اللازمة مع مزودي الخدمات التقنية أو الدفع أو الجهات المنظمة للجولات ذات الصلة، بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة أو تنفيذ المشاركة.
تعود حقوق الموقع ومحتواه وتصميمه وشعاراته ومواده الخاصة إلى أصحابها أو الجهات المرخصة لها. لا يجوز نسخ محتوى الموقع أو استخدامه تجاريًا أو إعادة نشره دون إذن خطي من صاحب الحق. وتبقى أسماء وشعارات الجهات الأخرى ملكًا لأصحابها، ويكون استخدامها وفق التصاريح والحقوق المعمول بها.
يتعهد المستخدم بعدم إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة تعطيله أو الدخول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمته أو بياناته، وعدم تقديم معلومات مضللة أو استخدام الموقع بطريقة تخالف القوانين أو حقوق الآخرين. ويجوز للمركز تعليق أو رفض أي تسجيل عند وجود سبب تنظيمي أو أمني أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط، مع مراعاة القواعد المعلنة للمسابقة.
يسعى المركز إلى إبقاء الموقع متاحًا وتحديث معلوماته، لكنه لا يضمن استمرار عمل الموقع دون انقطاع أو خلوه من الأخطاء التقنية. إذا واجه المستخدم مشكلة في التسجيل أو الدفع، فعليه التواصل مع المركز بأسرع وقت وتقديم تفاصيل المشكلة وإثبات الدفع إن وجد.
يجوز تحديث هذه الشروط عند الحاجة. تُنشر النسخة السارية على الموقع مع تاريخ تحديثها، ويُعد استمرار استخدام الموقع أو إتمام التسجيل بعد نشر التحديث موافقة على النسخة الجديدة.
تُفسر هذه الشروط وفق القوانين المعمول بها في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، مع مراعاة الشروط الإضافية الخاصة بأي جولة دولية.

Welcome to the Copernicus Olympiad Jordan website. These terms govern the use of the website, registration, and participation in the competitions and activities announced by the Center. By using the website or completing registration, the user agrees to these terms. If the participant is under 18 years of age, their parent or guardian must read these terms and agree to them on the participant's behalf.
The Future Education Experts Center for Training and Languages manages registration, communication and the local organization of the Copernicus Olympiad Jordan, in accordance with the information and instructions announced for each competition. International rounds are also subject to the terms and instructions of the organizer of the international round, and their requirements and dates may differ from those of the local competitions.
The cancellation or fee refund policy is set out in the competition's announcement or on the payment page, and the announced policy applies to the registration concerned. The participant's answers and work must be their own, and the participant must follow the competition rules. Impersonating another participant, receiving unauthorized help, or sharing, photographing or publishing the questions or answers contrary to the instructions is prohibited. The organizer may review violations and take appropriate action under the competition rules, including cancelling a result or a participation once a violation is established.
Results are determined according to the evaluation method and instructions announced for the competition. Registration does not guarantee a prize or qualification to a later round. Qualification for and participation in international rounds are subject to the criteria of the organizer of those rounds, including eligibility, available places, dates and their own fees. Prizes, grants or discounts and their conditions are announced in their official announcement, and they are not part of the registration unless this is expressly stated.
The website collects the data provided by the user for the purposes of creating and verifying the registration, managing the competition and communicating about it, and completing payment when needed. The Center handles data in accordance with the laws in force in Jordan, including Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, and in line with the Privacy Policy published on the website. The necessary data may be shared with technical service providers, payment providers or the organizers of the relevant rounds, to the extent needed to provide the service or carry out the participation.
The rights to the website, its content, design, logos and its own materials belong to their owners or to the parties licensed to use them. The website's content may not be copied, used commercially or republished without written permission from the rights holder. The names and logos of other parties remain the property of their owners, and they are used in accordance with the applicable permissions and rights.
The user undertakes not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or gain unauthorized access to its systems or data, and not to provide misleading information or use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others. The Center may suspend or reject any registration where there is an organizational or security reason or a breach of these terms, taking into account the competition's announced rules.
The Center strives to keep the website available and its information up to date, but does not guarantee that the website will run without interruption or be free of technical errors. If the user has a problem with registration or payment, they should contact the Center as soon as possible and provide the details of the problem and the proof of payment, if any.
These terms may be updated when needed. The current version is published on the website with its update date, and continuing to use the website or completing a registration after the update is published counts as acceptance of the new version.
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, subject to any additional terms that apply to an international round.
